We are a small, independent, pet friendly park with loads of personality! We strive to give our guests the warmest of Welcomes, and a comfortable, safe place to stay whether in a van, tent of cabin.
We offer the cleanest of amenities no matter their age.
Bourke’s climate can be harsh, however our Park offers an Oasis in the midst
of the incredible Australian Out back.

Due to the popularity of our location, we strongly advise booking your stay well in advance, as accommodations in Bourke can fill up quickly at a moment’s notice.
Let Us Introduce Ourselves
We are the new owners of the park as of February 1 2024, Judy & Les. We have ongoing plans for improvements across all aspects of the Park including cabin upgrades with new beds & bedding, furniture, flooring window coverings, cutlery, crockery etc. Our newly renovated Ladies Amenities
finished just in time for Easter 2024, further proof of our ongoing commitment to upgrading our park at every opportunity. We’re very excited for our Pool Installation commencing 13 May 2024.
Upgrades thus far:
- All 11 Hot Water Services replaced/upgraded to Heat Pump Services
- Cabins – new beds, bedding, window coverings, furniture, crockery, cutlery,
flooring etc. - Ladies Amenities
- Upgrading Site Power Supplies
- Creative external doors on drive thru ensuite (Be sure to check out our
Gallery) - 8 mobile fire pits to enjoy at your site under the amazing Milky Way
- Large tree & shrub trimming
- Park security gate installation in the coming months
- AND Swimming Pool installation commencing 13 May this year!

Our fabulous Managers, Pam & Rick with a history of park management bring another dimension to the offering with their hands-on approach & welcoming nature.
They go above & beyond to make your stay comfortable and as carefree as possible.
Our Housekeeper Karrieanne is an absolute delight and it’s her daily mission to provide spotless cabins and amenities. Rob our General Maintenance Hand is taking care of the grounds, the Bird Aviary, the stunning roses and whatever else needs to be attended with a sense of urgency. You’ll see him most days at some point on the mower.
